Not only does this mean you CAN control your thoughts (and I aim to teach you how), but it also means God has given value and strength to your thoughts. While He can captivate our hearts in an instant, the true renewal of our life blossoms from a renewing of our mind. With clearer minds we can see Him at work in our life and finally lean in to the JOY He promises us!
